1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the wj2com platform (available at wj2com.com and any associated mobile or web application), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (the registered account holder or visitor) and wj2com.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the wj2com platform and, if you have already registered an account, you must close that account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English and govern your use of the wj2com platform in its entirety, including cricket betting, casino games, slots, crash games, live dealer tables, deposit and withdrawal services, bonus programs, and all account management functions.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on wj2com, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from using any part of the wj2com platform, including browsing game content with the intent to play.
• You must be accessing the wj2com platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling activity is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously requested account closure from wj2com on a permanent basis.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial use. Registration on behalf of another person, a corporate entity, or any form of syndicate is prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee, contractor, or director of wj2com or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

Registration Process

To create a wj2com account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification messages. You must not use a pseudonym, a fictitious identity, or another person's personal details at any stage of the registration process.

wj2com reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registrations that cannot be verified against the information provided will be rejected, and any funds deposited in connection with an unverifiable account will be returned via the original payment method where technically possible.

3 Account Obligations

As a registered account holder on wj2com, you accept the following ongoing obligations for the duration of your account's active status:

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wj2com account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. wj2com will never contact you by phone, unsolicited SMS, or email asking for your password or OTP code — any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wj2com support immediately. wj2com accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate account security or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

Accuracy of Account Information

You must keep all personal information registered to your wj2com account accurate and up to date. This includes your email address, Bangladesh mobile number, and any payment method details submitted for withdrawal purposes. Where your personal details change, you must update your account information promptly or notify [email protected].

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active wj2com account. Holding multiple accounts simultaneously — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses or promotional winnings credited across those accounts. Deposits held in duplicate accounts will be returned via the original payment method at wj2com's discretion following investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

wj2com supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT. wj2com does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made via supported Bangladeshi payment methods.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on wj2com is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your wj2com account balance within approximately 30 seconds of transaction confirmation. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 10 minutes to process depending on your card issuer's processing time. wj2com does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are beyond wj2com's control and are not reimbursed.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from a payment account registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being placed under review pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal on wj2com is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by wj2com's finance team during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours, with extended coverage available on weekdays. Mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 1 to 4 hours of approval. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take between 3 and 7 business days depending on the card-issuing bank.

wj2com reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where our fraud detection systems flag unusual activity, where a large withdrawal is requested, or where KYC documentation has not been completed. wj2com will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that do not match the name registered to your wj2com account.

Withdrawals of bonus-funded balances are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the applicable wagering requirements have been met will result in the bonus portion of the balance being forfeited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

wj2com offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered account holders. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer, and those specific terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonuses credited to your wj2com account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus balance — and any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in BDT at the time the bonus offer is presented. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers to be completed before withdrawal.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses credited to a wj2com account carry an expiry date, which will be specified in the applicable promotion terms. If the wagering requirements are not met within the bonus validity period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to review the expiry conditions of any bonus before accepting it.

Promotion Eligibility

wj2com reserves the right to restrict or exclude any account holder from participating in specific promotional offers at its sole discretion. Promotional offers may be restricted by account standing, verification status, payment method, geographic location, or prior bonus activity. Promotions are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred to another account or redeemed on behalf of another person.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino gaming, slot machine play, live dealer table activity, and crash game participation on wj2com is governed by the specific game rules published on the relevant game or market page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rule shall prevail with respect to that game only.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on wj2com are accepted subject to the available market odds at the time of placement. wj2com reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict market access, or suspend betting on any event at any time prior to the commencement of that event without prior notice. In-play (live) bets are accepted at wj2com's discretion and may be suspended during critical moments of play (such as stoppages of play in cricket) to prevent the use of information advantages.

If an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the normal rules of the relevant sport and within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules, wj2com reserves the right to void all bets on the affected market and return the staked amount to each account holder's wj2com balance.

Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot machines on the wj2com platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied and maintained by the relevant game provider (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe). Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is published in the game's information panel. wj2com does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so — all results are generated independently by the provider's certified RNG system.

Disputes

If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with wj2com support at [email protected] within 72 hours of the relevant game round or bet settlement. Disputes raised after this 72-hour window may not be accepted. wj2com will investigate all disputes thoroughly using server-side game logs and, where necessary, will escalate to the relevant game provider for independent review. wj2com's decision following a completed investigation is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wj2com platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Registering or operating more than one wj2com account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or personal details to fund or operate a wj2com account.
• Using the wj2com platform to launder money, conduct financial fraud, or facilitate any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in any wj2com game or platform system. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected system error are void and will be removed from account balances.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with wj2com's betting markets or casino games in a manner not available to regular manual users.
• Engaging in coordinated betting, match-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players, third parties, or game officials in connection with any event or game on wj2com.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wj2com customer support staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt wj2com's technical infrastructure, servers, databases, or security systems.
• Sharing access to a wj2com account with any other individual, including a spouse, family member, or friend.

wj2com continuously monitors account activity and betting patterns for signs of prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawal processing paused pending the outcome of the review. wj2com reserves the right to withhold funds from any account where prohibited conduct is confirmed until the matter has been fully resolved, including via legal proceedings where necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

wj2com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where wj2com has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached, that prohibited conduct has occurred, that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria, or that continued account operation would pose a risk to the safety, integrity, or reputation of the wj2com platform.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your wj2com account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, wj2com will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances and close the account within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion

wj2com operates a full self-exclusion programme as part of its responsible gaming commitment. You may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion via your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. During any self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your account, place bets, or play casino games. wj2com will also suppress all promotional communications to your registered email and mobile number during the exclusion period.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, by wj2com's decision, or through self-exclusion — you will no longer be able to access your account history, betting records, or transaction history via the wj2com platform. wj2com retains account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy for the period required by applicable data retention obligations. Requests for account data following closure must be submitted to [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions, and all provisions contained herein, remain binding on both parties following account closure with respect to any matters arising from the period during which the account was active, including any outstanding disputes, debt obligations, or fraud investigations.
